There’s few things in the world more rewarding than running a small business. But at the same time, it’s also among the most difficult things that anyone will ever experience. That’s why it’s such an important event when someone makes it clear they’re here to help.
It’s not a common experience, but it’s how I felt when I first spoke to someone at White Shark Media. It’s rare enough that I get a chance to talk to people who really seem to understand the trials and tribulations of a small business owner. But the more I spoke to people at White Shark Media, the more apparent it became that they’d been able to help a lot of people in my position.
I’d been using Google AdWords for a while. It’s been a help for me. I think my experiences are fairly standard though. It’d been a help, but not nearly as much of one as I’d assumed. I’m just thankful that I didn’t blame the tool itself. I was sure it could perform at a better level for me. And in that belief I contacted White Shark Media.

Instead I was relieved to actually have a discussion with a company that really gets it. They had a lot of ideas about where I might be going wrong. And on signing up, I was thrilled to see just how well those ideas worked out for me. More than anything else though it was a relief to be treated in the same style I try to treat my own clients. Basically, it’s all about respect. They made it clear that they respect me as a customer. And that, in turn, has earned my own respect. In the end that shared respect has proven itself in my vastly increased profits.
