She was there for only five years, and her leadership saw KBS attain a global position as an agency. In her tenure, she shared her vision, values, and beliefs and the fact that a company would not achieve a competitive edge by mere innovation and that invention for a brand was what would provide a competitive advantage. Her focus was on global growth through partnering and collaborating with clients through seamless structures. Her impact at KBS was mostly felt through her agency business units surrounding technology that saw the company expand and grow significantly.

According to Adage, in March 2015, she joined CP&B, to take the position of a CEO, a newly created position. Her mandate during the appointment was for growth and expansion purposes through providing a global perspective for the advertising agency. However, in May 2017, she stated her plan to quit the company and retire. She also suggested that she had attained growth professionally and personally and the organization had already achieved more than she anticipated. While the plan to exit by the end of the year is there, the challenge to find an appropriate successor for her remains for CP&B.
