Company Files Lawsuit Claiming Rival Stole Promotional Video

Nutrimost filed a lawsuit in Manhattan Federal Court claiming that its chief rival, Healthy Living, stole a promotional video directly from its website. The claim by Nutrimost states that Healthy Living posted the exact same video to their site but changed each occurrence of Nutrimost to “Can’t Lose Diet.”

According to Nurtrimost, Healthy Living failed to remove the video from its website although Nutrimost filed a cease-and-desist order. Nutrimost also claims that Healthy Living stole its customer testimonials and put them on their website word for word. Both Nutrimost and Healthy Living are weight loss companies that claim customers can lose 20-40 pounds in 40 days.

Nutrimost is a weight-loss system that is gaining popularity across the country. Since everyone gains and loses weight at different levels, Nutrimost will build a custom program that suits each individual. Nutrimost recognizes that no two people are alike, so it does not make sense to build one program for the masses that most people see on T.V.

Using state-of-the-art technology, Nutrimost measures a person’s body and determines their BMI, or body mass index.

  1. Based on that information, Nutrimost then designs a custom plan that helps people lose the weight and most importantly keep it off. The company claims that Healthy Living is using a shorter, pirated version of the promotional video. That I think is the coolest thing essay services have done for them for a long time.
