Robert Deignan is the co founder and chief executive officer of a digital support company called ATS Digital Services. The company specializes in digital support which helps a number of consumers address their various technological issues. When it came to his business idea, Robert got it from his previous experience working at a company. Before he started his company, Robert worked at a firm that specialized in Anti Malware. During his time at this firm, the company was having difficulty in getting their software installed on a user’s machine. The company had a trial software policy where if users were happy using the software, they were allowed to buy it after 15 days for free. In 2009, the company had difficulty getting the anti malware software installed. In an effort to resolve this, the company would use a phone number for people to call and talk about their own difficulties downloading the software. Through conversations, the company realized that malware has certain software that blocks the installation of certain software. Therefore, the company used technical support personnel to help users remotely. This led to Robert coming up with an idea to provide technical services for computer users who are experiencing difficulty with technical issues.

Adam Milstein has been a Managing Partner at a private real estate investment firm named Hager Pacific Properties since 2011. The Israeli-born businessman and his family moved to the U.S. in the early 1980s to pursue a better life, and within a few years after the move, he’d earned an MBA degree from the University of Southern California, then he began his career in the commercial real estate industry by becoming a sales agent. He went on from there to later become an investor at Hager Pacific Properties, which is the owner and manager of 100 properties throughout the U.S. specializing in securing and renovating homes for profit.

In addition to being a successful executive, Adam Milstein is also a philanthropist whose aim is to help Jewish youth stay connected with their heritage. Through the Adam and Gila Foundation, which he founded along with his wife in 2011, he provides sponsorship for the education of Israeli students that will encourage them to identify more with their Jewish lineage. Adam Milstein is also the co-founder and the National Chairman of the Israeli-American Council, which is one of the largest organizations in the country that is geared toward providing support to the nearly one million Israeli-Americans that currently live in the U.S.

Because of his efforts to assist those who share his heritage, in 2016, he was named one of the Top Ten 100 People who have positively influenced the lives of Jewish people in America. Adam Milstein is also an adviser to aspiring entrepreneurs, who he teaches to be passionate about solving problems related to their business, and to remain consistent in how they handle their operation. The Resignation Of Lazaro De Mello Brandao Ignited Leadership Shake-Up At Bradesco

Lazaro de Mello Brandao is a distinguished banker whose career at Banco Bradesco SA, the second largest private bank in Brazil, evokes respect and envy in equal measure. Until his resignation on October 11, 2017, Brandao served as the president of the board of directors of Bradesco. As the chair of the board, he represented the Bradesco Foundation, which is the controlling shareholder of Banco Bradesco SA. Sitting at the helm of a $413 billion worth company, as per 2017’s statistics, Brandao commanded respect in not only Bradesco but also the entire Brazilian financial industry.

With age catching up to him, Brandao, 91, stepped down in the interest of Bradesco. According to him, his wilful resignation would give room for a younger leader to occupy the central post on the board of directors hence allowing for the bank’s continuity according to In his resignation address, Brandao affirmed that his career at Bradesco, spanning 74 years, is a source of both professional and personal satisfaction. He also stated that he would take with him his office desk as a souvenir. Bradesco recognizes the contribution of Brandao to the success of the bank; he owns Bradesco’s No. 1 employee badge. In fact, Bradesco was not ready to let him go, and he will remain in charge of some of Bradesco’s companies such as Bradespar SA and Fundação Bradesco.

However, even with Brandao’s departure, Bradesco must continue providing quality services to all its clients. The bank immediately appointed Luiz Carlos Trabuco, Bradesco’s CEO, to take over the role of Brandao. Trabuco has been the president of Bradesco for eight years. The executive is approaching 67, and he will not be eligible to remain in office as Bradesco’s bylaws restrict professionals older than 67 to discharge the duties of a president. Trabuco will resign in March. Bradesco’s is planning ahead of time for Trabuco’s replacement. In fact, during Brandao’s resignation, Trabuco mentioned that the bank had started prospecting for a new CEO. Bradesco’s style of appointing its CEOs has been consistent. The bank’s management favors professionals who currently hold leadership positions at the bank. Once the office of the president is substantially occupied, the new CEO is expected to work alongside Trabuco—chair of the board of directors—to cement Bradesco’s position in the Brazilian banking sector. As president, Trabuco demonstrated to all and sundry that he had the interests of Bradesco at heart. Thor Halverson Makes Waves as a Human Rights Advocate

Thor Halverssen, filmmaker and founder of the Human Rights Foundation has made some enemies over the course of his career. Unlike some advoacates that doesn’t seem to phase him. Instead, it seams to make him work harder. Thor Halverssen is not your typical rich, white human rights crusader. Unlike most, he is willing to get down and do the dirty work.

Halverssen was born in Venezula to a Swiss father and a Venezulan mother and has seen first hand the kind of human rights violations and deplorable conditions that citizens of this “socailist” country have to live under. When he was young, his father was arrested because of his politcsl beliefs. Later his mother was shot in retaliation during a protest. But Halvessen is not just fighting for revenge either.

Halvorssen studies hard and works hard to fight for the injustices he sees being committed by all kinds of dictators. One thing that really makes him stand out among his peers is that he is not swayed by political ideologies, no matter how well-intentioned they may be. He is will to fight against dictators on all sides of the political spectrum. Whatever his political leanings, it is clear that Thor Halverssen is hard working and is not wiling to let anyone stand in his way. While filming an excited religious leader, Halverssen was arrested by the police and his cameraman had to flee with the footage. This is not the only time that he has proven that he is willing to go far for his beliefs.

Halvorssen’s next big job is to free the people of North Korea from the decades of tyranny they have lived through.
