Developed and conceptualized by the cosmetics company’s CEO (chief executive officer) Doe Deere, the Scandal Velvetine includes the same luxurious, long-lasting formula found in Lime Crime’s liquid-to-matte lipstick line. Also like all the other Lime Crime products, Scandal is reported to be 100 percent vegan and certified cruelty-free. What makes it unique is its purple-violet hue.
